For safety reasons, the customer must inform Salema Tours in advance if they have any condition that may interfere with participation in a boat trip, including but not limited to:
- Back or spine problems
- Recent surgery
- Pregnancy
- Heart conditions
- Injuries or physical limitations
- Mobility problems
- Any medical condition that may be affected by boat movement or sea conditions
Additional conditions:
- Salema Tours reserves the right to refuse participation if a condition may pose a risk to the customer, crew, or other passengers
- Failure to inform the company of any medical condition releases Salema Tours from liability for injuries or complications
- Boat tours involve movement, impact with waves, speed, and changing sea conditions, and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are fit to participate
8. Changes to Services
For safety or operational reasons, Salema Tours may change departure times, meeting points, routes, vessels, activities, or destinations. Alternative boarding locations may occasionally be used where sea conditions require it.
