The law of Personal Data protection an the general regulation of Data Protection (Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliamnet of the Council of 27 April 2016, on “RGPD”) ensure the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of data and on the free movement of such data.
